I bought these items as a gift for my friend, and she absolutely loves them! Both the earrings and the bracelet are gorgeous, and the engraved name on the bracelet turned out so nicely
The service was excellent, and the staff patiently explained the products. The shopping environment was very comfortable.
An efficient work staff provide good advice and service. Only after sales the direct phone number nobody pick up although publish at their site ,staff inform they only respond using WhatsApp by texting. Fyi Not all foreigners use WhatsApp . Overall stock,serving in store are good.
Service is excellent (TRX 1 malay girl & 1 chinese girl), product is nice, but the bracelet i bought unfortunately cannot adjust the length (hopefully in future can adjust), but i still bought it coz the diamond is nice 🩷

I love the sterling silver earrings because i wear it everyday without taking it off to shower / exercise, the earrings are high quality, it doesnt rust or turn yellow or off color, and best thing that it doesnt make my ears itchy!! and it stays locked in my ear without dropping (i keep losing my earrings with other brands) and i feel the price is so reasonable for this quality!
Mira from TRX was AMAZING! she fixed my necklace in less than a minute and provided excellent and professional service. Its my favourite necklace that i have been wearing daily for over 2years and it doesn’t rust. AMAZING quality compared to wanderlust hands down
