Online Shopping Guide


Everything you need to know about shopping with us!

We all love discounts, but how do you use our discount codes? You can add your discount code after you Check Out your Cart; during Customer Information, Shipping Method or Payment Method. Key in the discount code into the Discount field.
We have 3 payment methods available. Choose:
  • PayPal or iPay88 for credit card transactions (Visa, MasterCard & Amex).
  • iPay88 for all local online banking (e.g. M2U, CIMB Clicks).
  • Bank Deposit for cash bank-in via cash deposit machine or bank counter. Our account number will be displayed once you have completed placing your order.
    • Kindly provide your payment proof (print-screen for online payments/snap a picture of your bank-in slip if using Cash Deposit Machine) and email it to with the title of 'Payment Proof for Order ___ '. We will email you the payment confirmation within 1-2 working days.

      For any additional amount of money being banked in, we will place the cash together with your parcel (we advise no more than RM10 of extra money paid).

For Local orders
  • We provide free local shipping across East + West Malaysia.
  • All orders are shipped with Poslaju, Skynet, etc. A tracking number will be provided to you once the order is processed, which you can check here.
  • All orders will be processed + shipped within 2-3 working days.
    • For East Malaysia, it will take an additional 2 working days.
While all orders are carefully packed before shipping, we do not practice a returns + exchange policy for the below reasons:
  • Change of mind (for charms or accessories)
  • Returning or exchanging a gift
  • Wear and tear
We provide warranty exclusively for product quality issues. This warranty is only valid 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • For purchases made via outlet, kindly return to any of our outlets with your original receipt.
  • For purchases made online, kindly email us at

Terms & Conditions for Returns + Exchanges:

  • Merchandizes must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returned item must be unworn or 100% new. We do not allow exchange or refunds if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange.
  • Exchanges can only be performed once.
