At MNML, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a hassle-free exchange or store credit, depending on the collection you purchased from.

Important Notice

• ❌ No Refunds: We do not provide cash or credit card refunds. Instead, you may choose an exchange or store credit for future purchases.

Return & Exchange Periods

• MNML Elements Collection → Eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

• MNML Moments Collection → Eligible for exchange or store credit within 90 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth process, please note:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and final sale items.

• Exchanges are subject to item availability.

• Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at hello@minimalistlab.com or contact us at WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

3. After receiving and inspecting your item, we will issue your store credit or process the exchange.

Additional Notes

• If the new item is of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference.

• If the new item is of lower value, no cash refunds will be issued.

• For online purchases, customers bear the shipping cost for exchanges due to change of mind.

For online purchases 

• Log in to your Customer Portal

• Select the item(s) from your order that you’d like to exchange

• Submit a return request

• Once approved, our fulfilment team will contact you to confirm stock availability or issue store credit

For retail purchases 

• Simply visit the store where you made your purchase, and our Sales Assistants will be happy to assist you with the exchange.

All sale, earrings, and engraved pieces are final—these special treasures are made just for you.

Yes, all Moments and Elements pieces are hypoallergenic and kind to sensitive skin, with zero to minimal nickel content.

To keep your jewelry glowing, store it in a dry place, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
