Exchange Policy

While all orders are carefully packed before shipping, we do not practice an exchange policy for the below reasons:

  • Change of mind (for charm or chain)

  • Exchanging a gift

  • Wear and tear

  • Malleable or tarnish of sterling silver jewellery (contains 925 marking)

* Due to the nature of silver, our sterling silver jewellery can be malleable. If it get bent out of shape, just bend it back in shape. It will be as good as new.

* Sterling silver jewellery may tarnish if exposed to air or stored in damp environment. Always keep it dry.

 

We provide warranty exclusively for product quality issues. This warranty is only valid 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • For purchases made in outlets, kindly return to any of our outlets with your original receipt.

  • For purchases made online, kindly email us.

Terms & conditions for exchange:

  • We do not offer cash refund. Refund amount will convert into store credits.

  • Returned item must be returned in original condition with packaging and unworn or 100% new. No exchange is allowed if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer.

  • We are not liable to any shipping fees incurred in terms of any return and exchange processes.

  • Exchange can only be performed once.

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for exchange.
