Exchange Policy
We provide a warranty exclusively for product quality issues, including but not limited to:
- Broken chains.
- Stones falling off.
- Non-functioning jewelry buckles.
This warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
For purchases made in our outlets, please return the item to any of our outlets with your original receipt.
For online purchases, please email us for further assistance.
Terms & conditions for exchanges:
- We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits.
- The returned item must be in its original condition, with packaging, and must be unworn or 100% new. We do not accept exchanges for items that are not in their original condition or for defects caused by the customer.
- We are not liable for any shipping fees incurred during the return and exchange process.
- Exchanges can only be performed once.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels sent back for exchange.
While we take great care to ensure that all orders are meticulously packed before shipping, we regret to inform you that we do not offer an exchange policy for the following reasons:

- Exchanging gifts.
- Wear and tear of the item.
- Malleability or tarnishing of sterling silver jewelry (marked with 925).
Please note the following regarding our sterling silver jewelry:
- Sterling silver can be malleable. If it becomes bent, you can gently bend it back into shape, or bring it back to any of our outlets for assistance.
- To prevent tarnishing, avoid exposing the jewelry to air or storing it in damp environments. Keep it dry at all times.
