Who we are

Minimalist Lab — known as MNML — started in Kuala Lumpur in 2013 with a simple idea: make jewelry that people actually wear. Not pieces saved for special occasions, not fashion jewelry that falls apart after a season. Jewelry that fits into your everyday life and stays there.

Over ten years later, that idea hasn't changed. MNML is still a Malaysian brand, still based in KL, and still making the same bet — that quality materials and considered design matter more than trend cycles and disposable price points.

MNML is classified as a semi-fine jewelry brand. Our pieces sit between fast-fashion jewelry and fine jewelry — using genuine materials (925 sterling silver, titanium, surgical-grade stainless steel, GRA-certified moissanite) at prices that make sense for everyday wear.

Our materials

Every material MNML uses is chosen for a specific reason. We don't use brass, copper alloy bases, or zinc — the materials most commonly found in fashion jewelry that tarnish, discolour, and react with skin. Here's what we use instead.
