Our 1-year warranty does not cover the following manufacturing defects:

a) Personal damage or mishandling resulting in breakage, bending, or scratching of the jewellery.

b) Loss or damage to gemstones or precious metals caused by negligence, improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals or environments, or accidental incidents.

c) Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by unauthorised third parties that lead to defects.

d) Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, surface wear, or fading of plating or coatings that occur over time.

e) Inaccurate sizing caused by incorrect information provided by the customer or changes in finger size after the purchase.
