The Bold Mixed Chain Lariat Necklace is one of MNML's most distinctively structured pieces — a lariat that earns its character from asymmetry rather than ornamentation. The left side of the necklace uses bold oval paperclip links, wide and architectural. The right side uses a fine curb chain, slim and structured. The two meet at the front where a cylindrical barrel rondelle pendant — three stacked ridged bands — sits threaded onto the curb chain side, the pendant's compact sculptural form marking the point where the two chain styles converge.

The lariat construction is the final element that makes the necklace complete. Rather than a traditional clasp, each chain end terminates in a small open disc ring — one sits on the fine curb chain on the right, another on the paperclip chain's hanging drop tail on the left. The drop tail extends below the junction, creating the lariat's characteristic Y-drop silhouette at the front of the neckline. The length is adjustable via the 5cm extension, the disc rings allowing the necklace to be worn at varying drop lengths.
