We have 2 payment methods available. Choose:
  • PayPal for debit or credit card transactions (Visa, MasterCard & Amex).
  • iPay88 for any Visa or MasterCard transactions.
All orders are processed in MYR. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in a different currency, you will checkout using MYR at the most current exchange rate.
The shipping rate varies depending on the destination and will be reflected in the total displayed, which will be the total payable amount.
  • It will take us one working day to process and prepare your order, after which delivery will take approximately an additional 3-5 working days.
  • Orders of RM250 and above will be eligible for a RM20 rebate, which will be automatically reflected in your total.
  • Once you have placed an order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking code that you can use to track your delivery progress.
  • ML cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur due to local duties and taxes, or any items that are lost in transit.
  • ML cannot be held liable for any orders held at customs, or the subsequent costs to release the items. Payments and rates will vary depending on your country's policies.

While all orders are carefully packed before shipping, we do not practice a returns + exchange policy for the below reasons:
  • Change of mind (for charms or accessories).
  • Returning or exchanging a gift.
  • Wear and tear.
We provide warranty exclusively for product quality issues. This warranty is only valid 14 days from the date of delivery.


Terms & Conditions for Returns + Exchanges:

  • Merchandizes must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returned item must be unworn or 100% new. We do not allow exchange or refunds if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange.
  • Exchanges can only be performed once.
  • Costs for shipping back to ML are to be borne by the sender.
