Shipping policy
- All orders will be processed in 1-2 working days.
- Local orders are handled by DHL-eCommerce and a tracking number will be sms/emailed to you once order is processed.
- International orders are handled by Aramex/EMS/T&T and a tracking number will be sms/emailed to you once order is processed.
- MNML cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur due to local duties and taxes, or any items that are lost in transit.
- MNML cannot be held liable for any orders held at customs, or the subsequent cost to release the items.
- Payment rates will vary depending on your country policies.
- For parcels that have been undelivered or returned to us, please note that redeliveries will be set according to standard shipping charges.
