- Feel free to reach out to us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed.
- When amending an order, the things we can easily change for you are delivery addresses, contact information and gift messages.
- Please note that as our team will get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change, but we will try our best to help.
You can cancel your order by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp: +601161777827 or through Live Chat, within 1 hour of placing your order. If you’re placing an order outside of our office hours or get in touch too late, we’ll be able to assist you with a return and refund instead.

- Local shipments are handled by DHL e-Commerce ; International shipments are handled by Aramex / T&T and a tracking number will be sms/emailed to you once order is processed.
- MNML cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur due to local duties and taxes, or any items that are lost in transit.
- MNML cannot be held liable for any orders held at customs, or the subsequent cost to release the items.
- Payment rates will vary depending on your country policies.
- For parcels that have been undelivered or returned to us, please note that redeliveries will be set according to standard shipping charges.

Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there are no additional charges upon delivery.
For other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that MNML does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Returns & Warranty

- Only defective items can be exchanged and other reasons such as change of mind, wear and tear, malleable or tarnishing of sterling silver jewellery will not be entertained.
- Do note that the nature of our sterling silver jewellery is that it can be extremely malleable, the product can easily be bent back into shape & keeping jewellery dry is essential to avoid tarnishing.
We are not liable for any shipping fees incurred during the return and exchange process, unless for defective products.
No, the exchange process must be done on the same channels. If you like to exchange a store bought purchase, kindly visit the outlet with your receipt and our staff will attend to you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds. Defected items will be replaced with a new one or converted to store credits.

925 Sterling Silver with Rhodium Plating (silver colour)
*Examples of product: Aliya, Cora, Lola*
- Can be taken into the shower daily. Ensure shower gel is pH neutral.
- Use bleach free and ammonia free silver polishing cloth labeled for tarnish removal to clean sterling silver jewellery.
- Soap and hand sanitiser are great for polishing sterling silver jewellery occasionally.
- Keep in an airtight bag or jewellery box when not wearing to prevent scratching and oxidation.
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion etc.
925 Sterling Silver with Rhodium Plating and CONTAIN STONES (silver colour)

- Take special care of your dancing diamond jewellery due to the stone’s standing structure.
- Do not wear jewellery with stones to shower and while exercising to prolong jewellery lifespan.
- Use bleach free and ammonia free silver polishing cloth labeled for tarnish removal to clean sterling silver jewellery.
- Soap and hand sanitiser are great for polishing sterling silver jewellery occasionally.

- Do not wear jewellery with stones to shower and while exercising to prolong jewellery lifespan.

Titanium / Stainless Steel

- Strong and sturdy, gentle to the skin.
- Plated with gold, our titanium jewellery has a very high quality coating, making it suitable for daily wear even in the shower.
- Expect scratches and loss of shine with heavy exposure to water and sweat after time.
- To polish or to regain shine, simply use soap and water, or polishing cloth to buff. Heavy buffing may result in damages and scratches to the jewellery surface.
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion etc.
Brass with Real Gold / Rose Gold / Rhodium Plating
*Examples of product: Triple Beaded Medi Necklace, Essential Hoop Earrings*
- An anti-sensitivity and non-tarnish metal.
- Do not wear to shower and while exercising to enjoy your plated jewellery much longer and avoid the plating from getting stripped away.
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion etc.
Freshwater Pearls
*Examples of product: Pearl Huggie Hoops Earrings, Asymmetrical Pearl Stud Earrings*
- Last on, first off. Pearls should be the final touch of your outfit. Avoid applying hairspray, makeup and perfume after putting it on. It should also be the first item to be removed once your day is over to avoid friction with other surfaces.
- After every wear, wipe your pearls with a piece of soft cloth to prevent a buildup of oils or other substances that may have been in contact with your jewellery throughout the day.
- Dedicate a space for your pearls, ideally keep them in a fabric lined compartment as they are prone to scratches.
Rusting will not be an issue since the quality of materials are guaranteed. They will however lose their shine over time. Kindly refer to product care to learn more retaining the product’s shine and prolonging its longevity.
