RM100 e-Gift Card

1. E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandises online and in our retail stores.
2. E-Gift Cards can't be returned or refunded after purchase.
3. There will be no replacement for Gift Cards if they're lost, stolen or destroyed.
4. E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-extensible, non-exchangeable for cash.
5. Points will not be awarded for the portion of payment made using Gift Cards.
6. Minimalist Lab reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review any Gift Cards for suspected fraud, mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of Gift Card policies.

| Local orders are handled by DHL-eCommerce and a tracking number will be sms/emailed to you once order is processed.

| International orders are handled by Aramex/EMS/T&T and a tracking number will be sms/emailed to you once order is processed. 

| MNML cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur due to local duties and taxes, or any items that are lost in transit.

| MNML cannot be held liable for any orders held at customs, or the subsequent cost to release the items.

| For parcels that have been undelivered or returned to us, please note that redeliveries will be set according to standard shipping charges.
